ÖZET
Kliniğimizde yapılan rutin antenatal kontrolleri sırasında 2. trimestrde spontan fetal kayıp gelişen ve spontan multipl gebeliği olan 2 olgunun; antenatal takipleri ve terme ulaşan gebelik sonrası dönemleri sorunsuz geçti. Yardımcı üreme tekniklerinin uygulanmasındaki artışla klinikte daha çok karşılaşacağımız multipl gebelik komplikasyonlarından biri olan intrauterin spontan fetal kayıp 2 olgu sunumu olarak sunulup literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Two spontaneous multipl pregnant women who developed 2nd trimestr fetal loss are detected in their routin antenatal follow-up. There were no complications occured in their antenatal follow-up and postpartum period. Multipl pregnancy complications such as fetal loss recently increase with assisted reproductive technologies (ART). We present 2 cases with 2nd trimestr spontaneous fetal reduction (SFR) and review of the literature.
