ÖZET
Kloaka ekstrofisi 1/200000-400000 görülme oranıyla oldukça nadir rastlanan bir karın ön duvarı defektidir. Prenatal dönemde detaylı ultrasonografik inceleme ile şüphelenildiğinde tanısı konulabilmektedir. Diğer sistemlerle ilgili konjenital anomaliler de eşlik edebilmektedir. Kliniğimize 25. gebelik haftasında fetal ön abdominal kitle ile refere edilen olguda, mesanenin gözlenememesi, abdominal duvardan protrüde olan kitle içerisinde hiperekojen alanların izlenmesi (barsak segmenti ?), simfizis pubisin ayrık olması ile ayırıcı tanıda kloakal ekstrofi düşünüldü. Ailenin gebeliğin devamına karar verdiği olguda postnatal olarak kloakal ekstrofi tanısı kondu ve pediatrik cerrahi ünitesince opere edildi.
ABSTRACT
Cloacal exstrophy is a quite rare anterior abdominal wall defect with an incidence of 1/200000-1/400000. It can be detected prenatally by a detailed ultrasonographic examination with high suspect. Other congenital anomalies can accompany. In this case that referred to our clinic with a fetal anterior abdominal mass at 25th gestation week, as the bladder could not be visualized, hiperechogenic areas were seen in the mass that protruded from the abdominal wall (bowel loops?), pubic arch was separated cloacal exstrophy was suspected in the differential diagnosis. In the case that parents decided the continuation of the pregnancy, cloacal exstrophy was diagnosed postnatally and an operation was made by the pediatric surgery unit.
