ÖZET
Amaç: Konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon saptanan iki olgunun tartışılması.Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Ana Bilim Dalı.Olgu Sunumu: Normal poliklinik kontrolü için müracaat eden 19 hafta Gb1P0 ve 23 hafta Gb1P0 iki gebenin USG incelemesinde, her iki fetusda akciğerleri kaplayan ve mediastinal kayma oluşturan dens kitleler saptandı. Her iki gebeliğin sonlandırılmasından sonra, her iki fetusda yapılan patolojik incelemede konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon Tip 1 ve Tip 3 saptandı.Sonuç: Konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon yer kaplayan fetal toraks kitlelerinden bir kısmını oluşturur. Uygun tanı ve tedavi ile fetal viabilite %80lere kadar çıkmaktadır.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To discuss the two cases of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation.Institution: Ege University Faculty of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, İzmir.Case Reports: The ultrasonographic examination of two primagravidas, whom were at 19 and 23 weeks of gestation revealed dense masses occupying the lungs which caused mediastinal shift. The pathological examination of the fetuses, after terminating the pregnancies, showed congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation type 1 and type 3.Conclusion: Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation is a space-occupying fetal thoracal lesion. With the proper diagnosis and management, fetal viability reaches up to eighty percent.
