ÖZET
Fetal adrenal hematomun prenatal tanısı oldukça nadirdir. Son yıllarda ultrasonografi kullanımının yaygınlaşması ile birlikte adrenal hematom tanısı alan gebe sayısı da artmaktadır. Prenatal tespit edilen adrenal kitlelerin en önemli iki nedeni, hematom ve nöroblastomdur. Bu iki durum ayırıcı tanıda ikilem oluşturmaktadır. Nöroblastom olgularında cerrahi müdahale gerekebilirken, adrenal hematomda ise çoğunlukla takip yeterlidir. Prenatal ve postnatal sonografik özellikler ve renkli Doppler inceleme ayırıcı tanıda yardımcıdır. Adrenal hematomun adrenal tümörlerden farkı, avasküler olmasıdır. Otuz yedinci gestasyonel haftada tespit ettiğimiz ve postpartum ikinci ayda tamamen rezorbe olan adrenal hematom olgusunu, ayırıcı tanıları ve prognozu açısından tartışmayı amaçladık.

ABSTRACT
Fetal adrenal hematoma is a rare condition and owing to the popularization of ultrasonography, detection of fetal adrenal hematoma in pregnancy has become more frequent. The most common causes of fetal adrenal masses are hematoma and neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma usually calls for surgical intervention while hematoma usually resolves spontaneously under close follow-up. Due to the its avascularity, sonographic features and Doppler may aid in the discrimination of adrenal hematoma from tumoral masses. In this case report, we present an adrenal hematoma diagnosed at 37 weeks of gestation that resolved completely at 2nd postpartum month. Presentation, diagnosis and prognosis of fetal adrenal hematoma is discussed along with a brief review of literature.
