ÖZET
Amaç: Üçlü test parametrelerinin median değerlerini saptamak ve Down sendromu ile nöral tüp defekti taraması yapmak. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: GATA Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği, Ankara. Gereç ve Yöntemler: 15-20. gestasyonal haftalarda, 765'i normal, 137'si riskli grupta toplam 902 gebelik çalışmaya alındı.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To determine the median values of the parameters of triple screening test and to screen for Down's syndrome and neural tube defects. Institution: GATA Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ankara. Material and Methods: 765 normal and 137 high risk total 902 pregnancies between 15 and 20th gestational weeks were included in this study. Measurements have been done with standardized Amerlex-M midtrimester kit and Iso-Data-100 gammacounter. The risk assessment was carried out with a computer using Alpha Software pack-programme. The pregnants having risk higher than 1/250 have undergone amniocentesis. Results: We established the median values of the triple screen test parameters and drawn the standart curves for each. Our results were very close to British norms. Two Down's syndrome and twelve neural tube defects were detected and the pregnancies have been terminated. Conclusion: We concluded that the cut-off levels that we took were correct and triple screening test is reliable in this center, as well.
