ÖZET
Amaç: İntrahepatik kolestazlı gebeliğin olgu sunumu olarak tartışılması. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: İzmir Atatürk Devlet Hastanesi, İzmir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Otuz yaşında, 6 kez erken doğum ve 1 kez spontan düşük yapan, halen canlı çocuğu olmayan bir gebeliğin intrahepatik kolestazı olgusu vaka takdimi olarak hazırlanmıştır. Bulgular: Karaciğer fonksiyon testlerinden; total bilirubin 7.7 mg, direkt bilirubin 6.7 mg, SGOT 283, SGPT 150, alkalen fosfataz 258, total protein 5.9'du. Diğer laboratuvar, radiolojik ve klinik bulguları normaldi. Son gebeliği, son adet tarihine göre, 26 hafta 4 gün; ultrasonografide, FL'ye göre, 26 hafta 3 gün, BPD'ye göre 25 hafta 2 gün idi. Sonuç: Önemsiz maternal mortalite ve morbidite ile seyreden, gebeliğin intrahepatik kolestazı, özellikle tekrarlayan prematüre ve ölü doğum gibi yüksek oranda fetal mortalite ve morbidite riski taşır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To discuss a case report of pregnancy with intrahepatic cholestasis. Institution: İzmir Atatürk State Hospital, İzmir. Material and Methods: It has been presented as a case report, a thirty year old women who has had six premature labors, one spontaneous abortion and has no child alive. Findings: In the presented case, liver function test were measured as total bilirubin 7.7 mg, direct bilirubin 6.7 mg, SGOT 283, SGPT 150, serum alkaline phosphatase 248, total protein 5.9. Other biochemical, radiologic and clinic findings were normal. According to last menstruel period, the patient had gestational age of 26 weeks and 4 days. It was found as FL 26 weeks 3 days, BPD 25 weeks and 2 days in ultrasonographic examination. Result: Intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy is a syndrome with insignificant maternal morbidity and mortality. This syndrom causes high fetal mortality and morbidity as recurrent premature labor and stillbirths.
