ÖZET
Amaç: Submukoz myom vakalarında GnRH-a kullanımının incelenmesi Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Fırat Üniversitesi Tıp Fak. Kadın Doğum ABD. Elazığ Materyal ve Metod: Postpartum kanaması devam eden bir vakanın yapılan fizik muayenesinde ve transvajinal USGde submüköz myom tanısı koyuldu. Hastaya üç aylık Goserelin 3.6 mg depot/s.c. tedavisini takiben histeroskopik myomektomi planlandı. Bulgular: GnRH-a kullanımının 14. gününde artmış vajinal kanama ve kramp tarzında ağrı şikayeti ile başvuran hastanın yapılan fizik muayenesinde ve ultrasonografisinde myoma uteri ascendii tespit edildi. Vajinal myomektomi hazırlığı yapılırken, spontan myomektomi gerçekleşti. Sonuç: Submüköz myomlarda GnRH-a kullanımına bağlı spontan myomektomi gelişimi tespit (ilk kez) edildi.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Assesment of GnRH-a use in submucous myoma cases. Institution: The study was accomplished at Firat University, School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Elazig/Turkey. Material and Method: Submucous myoma was diagnosed in a patient with prolonged postpartum bleeding by means of physical examination and transvaginal USG. Hysteroscopic myomectomy intervention was planned following Gosereline 3.6 mg depot/sc administration for 3 months. Results: On the 14th day of GnRH-a therapy, myoma uteri ascendii was diagnosed by the help of physical examination and USG in the patient admitted to the hospital with increased vaginal bleeding and cramping pain. Spontaneous myomectomy was accomplished in the meantime of preparation for vaginal myomectomy procedure. Conclusion: For the first time in the literature, the development of spontaneous myomectomy was discovered due to GnRH-a use in submucous myoma case.
