ÖZET
Eklampsi şiddetli preeklampsinin bir komponenti olan HELLP sendromu, klinikte ciddi bakım ve takip gerektiren bir durumdur. Bu sendromun DIC'ten ayrı bir antite mi, yoksa DIC'in hafif bir formu mu olduğu konusu halen tartışmalıdır. Tedavide doğumun en kısa sürede gerçekleştirilmesi ve trombosit infüzyonu, eritrosit suspansiyon infüzyonu, antitrombin III ve plazma Exchange transfüzyonu gibi yöntemler yer almaktadır.

ABSTRACT
HELLP syndrome, which thought to be a component of preeclampsia-eclampsia, is a serious complication of this disease and needs intensive care and support. It is not clear if it is a form of mild DIC, or independent of DIC. The treatment involves immediate delivery, trombosit infusion, erhytrocytesuspansion infusion, antitrombin III and plasma Exchange transfusion.
