ÖZET
Amaç: Heterolog Komponentli sertoli leydig hücreli tumor (H.S.L.T.) rekurrensi bulunan bir gebede uygulanan tedavi literatürle karşılaştırılarak bu vakalara yaklaşımları vurgulamak. Çalışmanın yapıldığı yer: İzmir Atatürk Eğitim Hastanesi 2.Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği ve Patoloji Bölümü. Materyal ve Metod: 13 haftalık bir gebede H.S.L.T. rekurrensi saptanmıştır. Hastaya radikal cerrahi girişim uygulanmıştır. Kombine kemoterapinin 2.küründe hasta ex olmuştur. Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Seyrek rastlanan bu tümörlerle ilgili literatürdeki yaklaşımlar bizim olgumuzda tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Our objective was emphasise the various approaches to a number of cases, way of comparing the follow up of a pregnant patient with heterolog component to other similar studies. Institution: İzmir Atatürk State Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Department the IInd and Pathology Department. Materiels and Methods: HSLT recurrence was established in a 13 week-pregnant woman. A radical surgical intervention was performed to the patient. The patient expired during the second course of the combined chemotherapy. Findings and Results: Approaches about these rare tumors in the literature have been discussed in our case study.
