ÖZET
Mükerrer sezaryenli 40 vaka ile kontrol grubu olarak ilk defa sezaryen olan 10 vaka çalışmaya alınmıştır. Mükerrer sezaryen olan vakaların yaş ortalaması 26.42, kontrol grubunun yaş ortalaması ise 25.5 idi. Mükerrer sezaryenlerde gebelik yaşı, 37.87, kontrol grubunda ise 38.29 hafta idi. Mükerrer sezaryenlerde, evvelki kesi yerinden, kontrol grubunda ise uterus insizyon yerinden parçalar alınmıştır. Yapılan histopatolojik incelemede, sadece iki vakada skar dokusu bulunmuştur.

ABSTRACT
Forty patients with repeated caeserian section as study group and ten cases for the first time as control group, are included in this study. The average age was 26.42 year-old for the study group and 25.5 year-old for the control group. The avarage gestational age the time of C/S for each group was 37.87 and 38.29 weeks respectively. Specimens were taken from the older incision site in the study group, and from the new incision site in the control group. The histopathological examination showed the presence of scar tissue only in two cases in the study group.
