ÖZET
Jinekoloji pratiğinde uterusun kist hidatiğine son derece nadir rastlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmadaki olguda pelvik kist hidatiğin nadir sekonder yerleşimi bildirilmektedir. Bir histerektomi materyalinde iki adet kist hidatiğin yerleştiği saptanmıştır. Hastalığın klinikopatolojik özellikleri ve patojenezi tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Hydatid disease of uterus is unusually encountered in gynecologic practice. The reported case typifies as an example of the rare secondary localization of pelvic echinococcosis. Two cysts of hydatid were found to be settled in the myometrium of a hysterectomy material. Clinicopathologic features and pathogenesis of the disease were discussed.
