ABSTRACT
Gestational trophoblastic disease is a spectrum of disease which contains the complete or partial mole hydatidiform, invasive mole, placental-site trophoblastic tumor and choriocarsinoma. A dizigotic twin pregnancy with a complete mol and a normal fetus is a rare entity. The differential diagnosis with this pathology is the partial mole hydatidiform. We diagnosed a twin pregnancy with a complete mole hydatidiform at 13th week of gestation in a woman who was referred to our institution as partial mole hydatidiform. She decided to terminate the pregnancy. She had a persistent gestational trophoblastic disease one month later from the evacuation and she needed single agent chemotherapy. Now she has not any healthcare problem after one year from persistence.
