ÖZET
Amaç: İnsan fetusunda göz hareketlerinin ultrasonografik olarak değerlendirilmesi ve değeri hakkında literatürü gözden giçirmek. Metod: İntrauterin fetal göz hareketleri ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Fetal göz hareketleri ultrasonografik olarak %90 fetusda 16 hafta ile 42 hafta arasında tespit edilebilmektedir. Göz hareketlerinin tipi ve sıklığı fetal nöromotor gelişme ile ilişkilidir. Fetal durumun tespiti için göz hareketlerinin incelenmesi iyi bir kriter gibi görülmektedir. Ancak diğer fetal davranışlarla solunum hareketi, fetal kalp atımları birlikte değerlendirilmesi çok daha anlamlı olacaktır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To review the literature concerning human fetal eye movements and determine its value. Design: All of the report on human fetal eye movements and its value was reviewed. Conclusion: Fetal eye movements could have been determined ultrasonographically go percent of the number of the fetuses which are between 16 weeks and 42 weeks. Type and the frequency of the eye movement are related to the fetal neuromotor development. In order to determine the fetal status observation of the eye movements is scemed to be a reliable criterion. But the examination with the other fetal behaviours such as the breathing movements, fetal heart rate pattern, will be much more significant.
