ÖZET
İVS operasyonu sonrası suburetral erozyon zemininde gelişen piyojenik granülom formasyonu nadir görülen bir durumdur. Jinekolojik muayenesinde sistorektosel saptanan 51 yaşındaki kadın hastaya ürodinamik stres inkontinans tanısıyla intravaginal slingplasty (IVS) ve kolporafi anterior-posterior operasyonu uygulandı. Operasyon sonrası 1, 3 ve 6. aylarda yapılan kontrollerinde vajinal mukoza normal iyileşmesini tamamladı. Postoperatif 13 ve 18. aylarında İVS bantında suburetral vajinal erozyon ve bu zeminde piyojenik granülom formasyonu geliştiği saptandı. Erozyone olan bant ile birlikte nodüler lezyonlar eksize edilip sağlam vajen mukozası karşılıklı kapatılarak iyileşme sağlandı. .

ABSTRACT
Pyogenic granuloma formation arising within suburetral erosion after IVS is an uncommon condition. 51 years old woman who has systorectosel in gynecologic examination had IVS and colporraphy anterior posterior operation with diagnosis of urodynamic stres incontinence. Vaginal mucosa was intact in the postoperative 1, 3, 6th month examinations. In the postoperative 13th and 18th months examinations, Pyogenic granuloma formation arising within suburetral erosion under the IVS tape was revealed. The exposed tape was removed, the granuloma excised and the overlying vaginal skin was then closed. The recovery was uneventful.
