ÖZET
Amaç: Obstetrik travma sonucu oluşan izole rektal laserasyonlu tip III rektovajinal septum defektli hastanın sunumu ve tedavi modalitelerini tartışmak. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Trakya Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kadın hastalıkları ve doğum kliniği, Edirne. Materyel ve Metod: Doğum travayı sırasında oluşmuş perine intakt rektovajinal septum tip III defektli bir olgunun kliniği sunulmuştur. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Perine yırtıkları çok tartışılmış olmakla beraber izole rektal travmaların anlatıldığı literatür oldukça azdır. Sunumuzla bu konu literatürleriyle irdelenmiş, tedavi yaklaşımları ve kolostomi gerekliliği tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To present and discuss management modalities of a patient who have isolated rectal laceration, type III rectovaginal septum defect that occured after obstetrical trauma. Instution: Trakya University Medical Faculty, Obstetrics and Gynecology department, Edirne. Material and Method: Clinic presentation of a patient which have perineal intact rectovaginal septum type III defect that occured during parturition. Findings and Conclusion: Although, subject of the perineal lacerations are discussed more, literatures about the isolated rectal lacerations are fewer. In our case report, we discussed the management of the patients of this type and the necessity of colostomy.
