ÖZET
Amaç: Liken sklerozus ve atrofikus (= LSA)'lu hastalarda otoimmün etyolojinin rolü olup olmadığını araştırmak. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: TSTV Tıp Merkezi Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Servisi, Ankara. Materyel ve Metod: LSA'lı 5 hastada Total T3, T4, TSH, Zn, IgM, IgG, IgA düzeyleri ölçüldü. Ayrıca hastalarda Tip II Diabetes Mellitus, yaş, menapoz durumu değerlendirilerek LSA ile ilişkisine bakıldı. Bulgular: 5 hastadan 3'ünde IgM, 1'inde IgG artmış olarak bulundu. t T3, tT4, TSH, Zn ve IgA değerleri normal idi. Hastaların 4'ü menapozda, yaş ortalaması 56 olarak bulundu. 3 hastada Tip II Diabetes Mellitus (DM) tespit edildi. Sonuç: Sık rastlanmayan bir hastalık olan LSA'nın etyolojisinde otoimmün etyolojinin rolü olabileceği, ancak çalışmanın daha geniş serilerde yapılması gerektiği sonucuna varıldı.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the role of autoimmunity in the etiology of Lichen Sclerosus et atrophicus (= LSA). Institution: TSTV Medical Center Hospital, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Material and Methods: In the plasma total T3, total T4, TSH, Zn, IgM, IgG and IgA levels were measured in 5 cases with LSA. In addition, her ages, menopautic status, diabetes mellitus Type II were evaluated and it is investigated that wheter or not there is a correlation between these factors and LSA. Results: The plasma IgM and IgG levels were increased in 3 cases and 1 cases respectively. The plasma tT3, tT4, TSH, Zn and IgA levels were found normal. There were found Diabetes Mellitus Type II in 3 cases. The mean age were 56, and 4 case were menopautic. Conclusion: There may be the role of autoimmunity in etiology of LSA. But, the number of cases this preliminary report are not enough. And the investigation should to be continued in wide series.
