ÖZET
Amaç: Overin malign mikst mezodermal tümörleri nadir görülür. Bu nedenle tedavileri konusunda fikir birliği yoktur. Olgumuz eşliğinde, malign mikst mezodermal tümörlerin tanı, patoloji, tedavi ve prognozunu tartıştık. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Kartal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği, İstanbul. Materyel ve Metod: 65 yaşında malign mikst mezodermal tümör olgusu. Bulgular: Solda adneksial kitle ve asit saptandı. Tümör cerrahi olarak FIGOya göre stage III-C olarak kabul edildi. Sonuç: Nadir rastlanan bu over malignansisi için olgu azlığı nedeniyle henüz standart bir tedavi oluşturulamamıştır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Malignant mixed mesodermal tumor of ovary is rare. There is no consensus on the therapeutic approach of these tumors. Because of this case, we discussed the diagnosis, the pathology, the therapy and prognosis of malignant mixed mesodermal tumor. Institution: Kartal Education and Research Hospital, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Istanbul. Material and Methods: 65 years old, woman with malignant mixed mesodermal tumor. Results: There was adnexial mass on left side. Ascites was present. The tumors surgical stage was III-C for FIGO. Conclusion: There is no standart therapeutic approach for malignant mixed mesodermal tumors.
