ÖZET
Amaç: Nonspesifik vaginitislerin tedavisinde lokal estriol ve laktobasillus asidofilusun etkinliğini araştırmak. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum AD, Ankara. Materyel ve Metod: Jinekoloji polikliniğine lökore yakınması ile başvuran direk mikroskopik ve mikrobiyolojik incelemelerde spesifik vajinitis etkeni bulunmayan üretkenlik yaş grubundaki 55 hastanın 34'ü çalışma grubu, 21'i kontrol grubu olarak çalışmaya alındı. Tedavi öncesi ve dört hafta sonra hastaların vaginitis semptomları, vagen pH'sı, ıslak preparatta lökosit, kandida hifi, clue cell, kültürde üreyen laktobasil koloni sayısı ve lugol solüsyonu damlatılan ayrı bir preparatta glikojenden zengin epitel hücrelerinin toplam hücrelere oranı araştırıldı. Bulgular: Çalışma grubunda klinik yakınmalarda kaybolma veya azalma, vagen pH'sında asidik yöne kayma, glikojenden zengin hücre oranında ve kültürde üreyen laktobasil koloni sayısında artış, direk mikroskopide enfeksiyon bulgularında düzelme gözlenirken kontrol grubunda bu parametrelerde bir değişiklik gözlenmemiştir. Sonuç: Lokal laktobasillus asidofilus ve estriol tedavisi nonspesifik vaginitislerin tedavisinde etkili bulunmuştur.
ABSTRACT
Objective: The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of vaginal estriol and lactobacillus acidophillus in the treatment of nonspecific vaginitis. Institution: Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Material and Methods: Fifty five patients complaining of lokore were diveded into two group; 34 patients as a study group and 21 patients as a control group. Prior to the commencement of treatment and four weeks after termination of treatment the patients were evaluated in respect of clinical complains, vaginal pH; leucocyts hyphae of candida albicans and clue cell in wet slides microscopy and grawing lactobacillus rich vaginal epitelial cell. Results: While in the study group clinical complains were disappear or decreased, vaginal pH were changed to asid, and increasing in glycogen rich epithelial cell, and growing lactobacillus coloni number in cultur medium and microscopic findings of infection were disappear or decreased, in the control group any change was not observed. Conclusion: Vaginal lactobacillus aciphillus and estriol were found as an effective in the treatment of nonspecific vaginitis.
