ÖZET
Osteogenezis imperfekta, anormal Tip I kollajen üretimi ile karakterize, nadir görülen kalıtsal bir hastalıktır. Osteogenezis imperfekta hastası kadınların gebelikleri bu sendroma özgü birçok riskten dolayı yüksek riskli gebelik grubunda yer alır. Biz bu yazıda, 33 hafta gebelik + osteogenezis imperfekta Tip I tanısı ile gebe polikliniğine başvuran ve geçmişte birçok kemik kırığı öyküsü olan 38. haftada spinal anestezi altında elektif sezaryenle doğum yaptırılan gebe bir kadın sunarak, osteogenezis imperfekta hastası gebe kadınların gebeliğe bağlı komplikasyonlarını, gebeliklerinin yönetimini, doğum şeklini ve anestezisini literatür eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık.

ABSTRACT
Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare inherited disease which is charecterized by abnormal Type I collagen production. Pregnant women with osteogenesis imperfecta due to several risks unique to this syndrome are classified in high-risk pregnancies. In this article we present a pregnant women at 33 gestational weeks with Osteogenesis imperfecta Type I and with multiple bone fractures in her history who admitted to obstetric clinic and delivered a baby with elective cesarean section at 38 gestational weeks under spinal anesthesia and we aim to discuss the common complications associated with osteogenesis imperfecta in pregnancy, management of pregnancy, the type of delivery and anesthesia in these patients with the literature review.
