ÖZET
Kist hidatik, tüm organ ve vücut bölgelerinde görülmesine karşılık,kadın genital sisteminde çok nadirdir. Bu nedenle, kist hidatiğin teşhisinde en önemli faktör hastalığın olabileceğini akla getirmektir. Olgumuz eşliğinde, kist hidatiğin tanı, patoloji, tedavi ve prognozunu tartıştık.25 yaşında pelvik kist hidatik olgusu.Transvajinal ultrason ile sağ over lokalizasyonunda 107x90 mmlik internal ekolar içeren hipoekojenik kist saptandı. Patoloji ve seroloji ile kist hidatik olduğu doğrulandı.Kist cerrahi olarak çıkartıldı ve batın rekurrensleri önlemek için %20lik NaCI ile yıkandı.

ABSTRACT
Hydatid cyst although known to occur in most organs and body areas, is extremely rare in the female reproductive system. For this reason, the most important factor in the diagnosis of hydatid disease is an awereness of its possibility. Because of this case, we discussed the diagnosis,the pathology, the therapy and prognosis of hydatid cyst.25 years old, woman with pelvic hydatid cyst.Transvaginal sonography revealed a 107x90 mm hypoechogenic cyst with internal echoes in the right ovarian location. Serology and the histopathological assesment of the cyst confirmed the diagnosis.The cystic mass was removed and in order to prevent metastatic lesions twenty percent NaCl solution was instillated into the cyst.
