ÖZET
Konjenital anomalilerin prenatal dönemde tanınması ultrasonografik incelemenin ana gayelerinden biridir. Anomalinin tipinin belirlenmesi için tüm veriler çok iyi değerlendirilmelidir, çünkü obstetrik tedavi planı buna bağlıdır. İskelet sistemi displazileri en nadir rastlanan anomali grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Thanotophoric displazi 100.000 vakada bir rastlanan nadir bir durumdur. Bu vakaların hepsi lethal olduğundan, tespit edildiğinde gebeliğin biran önce sonlandırılmasında fayda vardır.

ABSTRACT
Prenatal diagnosis of congenital abnormalities is one of the major goals of ultrasonic examinations. Skeletal anomalies are the rarest reported anormalies. Attempts should be made to identify the type of anomaly present, because the obstetrical management depends upon to this diagnosis. Thanotophoric dysplasia is a rare condition occurring 1 in 100.000 births and since it is lethal in every case we suggest the termination of pregnancy. If the diagnosis is certain.
