ÖZET
Amaç: Postmenopozal dönemdeki kadınlarda psikiyatrik belirti düzeylerinin belirlenmesi. Materyel ve Metod: Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum ADında Menopoz polikliniğine başvuran postmenopozal dönemdeki 49 olgu ile benzer yaş grubunda ve premenopozal dönemde kontrol grubunu oluşturan 25 olgu ile çalışıldı. Her iki gruba sosyodemografik bilgi formu, Belirti Tarama Listesi (SCL-90-R), Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Durumluluk ve Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri I-II verildi (STAI I-II). Veriler SPSS for Windows 8.0 programında istatistiksel olarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Menopoz grubu ile kontrol grubu arasında BDÖ ve STAI-II puanları arasında anlamlı fark bulundu (P=0.009, P=0.000). Menopoz ve kontrol grubu arasında, SCL-90-R de, Somatizasyon, Obsesif-kompulsif, depresyon, anksiyete, öfke, fobi, ek ölçek ve genel semptom ortalamaları arasında anlamlı derecede farklılık tespit edildi (P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.028, P=0.001, P= 0,006, P=0,002, P=0.005, P=0.007). Sonuç: Postmenopozal dönemdeki kadınlarda psikiyatrik belirtilerde önemli oranda artış saptandı.

ABSTRACT
Objectıve: To determine the psychiatric symptom levels in postmenopausal woman. Study Design: 49 postmenopausal patients and 25 premenopausal patients at the same age with the postmenopausal patients as control group were entered the study in Selçuk Ünviversity Faculty of Medicine Obstetric and Gynecologic Department Menopause Division. The patients were filled sociodemographic form, Symptom Checklist 90-R (SCL 90-R), Beck Depression Scale (BDS) and Situation Anxiety Inventory I-II (STAI I-II). Statistics were made with SPSS for Windows 8.0. Results: BDS and STA I-II scales were significantly different between premenopausal patients and postmenopausal patients (P=0.009, P=0,000). In SCL-90-R, we found significantly difference somatization, obsession-compulsion, depression, anxiety, angry, phobic, add scale (eat-sleep) and mean of general symptoms between premenopausal and postmenapousal patients (P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.028, P=0.001, P=0,006, P=0,002, P=0.005, P=0.007). Conclusion: The prevalence of psychological problems in postmenopausal period woman are determined considerably excessive.
