ÖZET
Kliniğimizde sezaryen yapılan 90 olgunun 60'ına profilaksi amacıyla tek doz antibiyotik (Ampicillin-Sulbactam 2 gr) verilmiş, 30'una hiçbir antibiyotik verilmeyerek kontrol grubu olarak alınmıştır. Profilaksi yapılan olgularda kullanılan antibiyotik sezaryen sırasında göbek kordonu klampe edildikten hemen sonra İ.V. olarak verilmiştir. Sonuçta olgularda profilaksi yapılan grupta infeksiyöz morbidite oranı %6.67, febril morbidite oranı %16.67 olarak bulunurken, kontrol grubunda infeksiyöz morbidite oranı %33.33, febril morbidite oranı ise %60 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuçların anlamlı olup olmadığı "t testi" uygulanarak kontrol edildiğinde anlamlı (0.01>p>0.001) bulunmuştur.
