ÖZET
Sezaryen seksiyoyu takiben abdominal skarda endometriozis literatürde nadir karşılaşılan bir olaydır. Dört sene önce sezaryen olan, iki senedir cilt skarında ağrı ve şişlik tarif eden bir vakada, lezyonun büyüklüğü ve anamnez dikkate alınarak endometriozis ön tanısıyla kitle eksize edildi. Materyalin histopatolojik tetkikinde endometriozis olduğu tespit edildi. Literatürde nadir olması nedeniyle bu vakayı sunmayı uygun bulduk.

ABSTRACT
Endometriosis in the abdominal scar, following cesarean section is a rare event, although it is suggested to be more frequent than estimated from the literature. In this report, a case diagnosed in our clinic is presented and incidence, etiology, diagnostic methods and management of cesarean scar endometriosis are reviewed with regard to the literature about this entity.
