ÖZET
Bu çalışmada, klomifen sitrat tedavisine cevapsız 30 anovulatuvar infertil kadın human menopozal gonadotropin (HMG) ile tedavi edildi. İlk tedavi siklusunda bütün kadınlarda matür follikül elde edildi. Matür follikül elde etmek için kullanılan HMG dozları ile bazal serum estradiol düzeyleri arasında önemli negatif korelasyon bulundu. Ayrıca, matür follikül çapı ile, matür follikül elde edildiği gündeki estradiol düzeyi arasında önemli ilişki olmadığı saptandı. Bazal serum estradiol düzeyi ne kadar yüksek ise matür follikül elde etmek için kullanılan HMG dozunun o kadar az olduğu ve HMG ile ovulasyon indüksiyonunda serum estradiol düzeyi ve follikülometri parametrelerinin birlikte kullanılmasının gerekli olduğu sonucuna varıldı.

ABSTRACT
In this study, 30 anovulatory infertile women who had unresponse to clomiphene citrate treatment were treated with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG). In the first cycle of treatment with HMG, mature follicle was achieved on all of the women treated. It was found that there was the significant negative correlation among basal serum estradiol levels and HMG doses. In addition, it was found that there wasn't the significant correlation among mature follicle diameter and estradiol levels on the day that mature follicle was achieved. As a result it was, the less HMG dose to achieve mature follicle, and it had to be used together serum estradiol level and folliculometry parameters to determine follicular maturation.
