ÖZET
Ciddi HELLP sendromunun yüksek maternal ve perinatal morbidite ve mortalite oranı ile birlikte olduğu bilinmektedir. İntrakraniyal komplikasyonlar sık olmamakla birlikte HELLP sendromunda en yaygın ölüm nedenidir. Bu makalede, HELLP sendromu komplikasyonu olarak intrakraniyal kanama ve enfarkt gelişen ve başarıyla tedavi edilmiş üç olgu sunularak literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı. Sonuç olarak; intrakraniyal komplikasyon gelişen HELLP sendromlu olguların klinik ve laboratuvar düzelmeleri başlayıncaya kadar yoğun bakım ünitesinde takip edilmeleri gerektiği kanaatine varıldı.

ABSTRACT
Severe HELLP syndrome is associated with increased maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Intracranial complications including hemorrhage and infarct are rare but one of the most common causes of death in patients with HELLP syndrome. We reported here the management of three HELLP syndrome cases complicated with intracranial hemorhage and infarct and we discussed the literature pertaining to these complications. In conclusion, the patients with HELLP syndrome complicated with intracranial complications should be followed up in the intensive care unit upon the clinical and laboratory improving amendments.
