ÖZET
Amaç: Kronik servisitin tanı ve tedavisinde LEEP ?in etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesiÇalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Hava Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları Ve Doğum Kliniği Etimesgut / ANKARA.Materyal ve Metod: Kronik servisitli 60 hastanın tedavisinde değişik bir tedavi yaklaşımı olarak LEEP uygulandı.İşlemden önce tüm hastalara servikal smear ve kolposkopi uygulandı. Bu yöntemin tanı koydurucu ve tedavi edici özellikleri değerlendirildi.Bulgular: Hastaların ikisi dışında lezyonlarda tam olarak iyileşme saptandı. Toplam dört hastada kanama, üç hastada enfeksiyon komplikasyonu görüldü.Sonuç: LEEP yalnızca basit, ekonomik, poliklinik şartlarında yapılabilen, öğrenmesi ve uygulaması kolay bir yöntem değil, aynı zamanda histopatolojik inceleme için yeterli servikal doku elde etmenin iyi bir yoludur.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of LEEP in the diagnosis and the treatment of the chronic cervicitis.Institution: Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Air Force Hospital Etimesgut / ANKARA.Material and Methods: An alternative therapeutic modality, LEEP was performed in the treatment of the 60 patients with chronic cervicitis. Before the procedure cervical smear and colposcopic examination were performed in all patients. We evaluated the procedure in terms of its diagnostic and therapeutic efficacy.Results: We observed complete healing in all but two patients. Four patient were complicated with bleeding whereas three patient were complicated with infection.Conclusion: We concluded that LEEP is not only simple, economic, easy to learn and perform outpatient procedure, but also is the best way to obtain sufficient cervical tissue for histopathologic examination.
