ÖZET
Bu olguda, ultrasonografi eşliğinde nonpalpabl Implanon çubuğun çıkarılması incelendi. Biri eski nonpalpabl olan iki Implanon çubuğu yerleştirilmiş hasta muayene edildi. Eski nonpalpabl Implanon çubuk altı yıl önce yerleştirilmişti. Çıkarılamadığı için üç yıl önce yeni ikinci Implanon çubuk yerleştirilmişti. Yapılan muayenede eski Implanon nonpalpabl, yeni Implanon 3 cm daha laterale yerleştirilmiş ve palpabl idi. Implanonların lokalizasyonu için ultrasonografi yapıldı. Eski Implanon medialde cildin 8-9 mm altında, kasın üstünde gözlendi. Yeni Implanon cildin 2-3 mm altında gözlendi. Ultrasonografiyle yerleri belirlenen her iki Implanon lokal anesteziyle sorunsuz olarak çıkarıldı. Ultrasonografi eşliğinde nonpalpabl Implanonun lokalizasyonu ve çıkarılması güvenli ve oldukça pratiktir.

ABSTRACT
In this case, ultrasound-guided removal of the nonpalpable Implanon rod was explained. The patient with two Implanon rods which one is the old nonpalpable was examined. The old nonpalpable Implanon rod was inserted 6 years ago. The new second Implanon rod was inserted 3 years ago because of the failure to remove of the old Implanon rod. At our examination, the old Implanon was nonpalpable and the new second Implanon that was inserted laterally about 3 cm was palpable. Ultrasound imaging was performed . The old Implanon rod was viewed 8-9 mm deep from the skin. It was located above the muscle. The new Implanon rod was viewed 2-3 mm below the skin. Local anesthesia was performed and two Implanon rods were removed smoothly. Ultrasound-guided localization and removal of the nonpalpable Implanon rod is safe and extremely practical.
