ÖZET
Umbilikal herni, az görülen bir klinik durumdur. Genelde batın içi basıncın arttığı klinik durumlarda ortaya çıkar. Gebelik sürecinde hafif fizyolojik umbilikal herni görülür. Ancak gebe uterusun umbilikal herni kesesi içerisine fıtıklaşması çok nadir görülür. Herni kesesi içerisindeki gebe uterusta birçok komplikasyon görülebilir. Ancak bu komplikasyonlar daha çok insizyonel herni olgularında görülmektedir. Maternal umbilikal hernide, gebelik takibi dikkatli yapılmalı ve obstetrik bir endikasyon yok ise vajinal doğum tercih edilmelidir. Gebelik takibinde özel bir işleme gerek yoktur. Gebe uterusu desteklemek için üçüncü trimesterde destekleyici korse kullanılabilir. Biz bu makalede, umbilikal herni kesesi içerisinde gelişen ve terme kadar ulaşan gebe uterus olgusunu sunduk.

ABSTRACT
Umbilical hernia is a rare seen clinical condition. Mostly, it occurs within increased intraabdominal pressured clinical cases. During pregnancy, light physiological umbilical hernia is seen. Herniation of a gravid uterus into this hernia is very rare. Many complications may arise at the pregnant uterus in hernia. However, these complications are more likely to occur in incisional hernia. Monitoring of pregnancy should be conducted carefully in maternal umbilical hernia and if there is not an obstetric indication, vaginal delivery should be preferred. No special procedure is needed during pregnancy monitoring. A supportive corset may be used to suppport pregnant uterus, in third trimester. In this article we presented the pregnant uterus case that develops in umbilical hernia sac and continues till term.
