ÖZET
Amaç: Nadir rastlanan bir durum olan gebelik ve nefrokalsinozis olgusunu tartışmak.Çalışmanın yapıldığı yer: Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği 600 Yataklı Hava Hastanesi Etimesgut / ANKARAMateryal ve Metod: Yirmibeş yaşında ilk gebeliği olan ve hastanın her iki kostovertebral bölgesindeki ağrıdan dolayı ilk trimesterde yapılan ultrasonografide medüller nefrokalsinozis tanısı konan hasta, olgu sunumu olarak hazırlanmıştır.Bulgular: Böbrek ultrasonografisinde ekojenik papillalar görülen ve primer hiperparatiroidizm kabul edilen hastanın, gebeliği boyunca böbrek fonksiyonları izlenerek 38. haftada sezaryenle doğum yaptırılmıştır. Doğumdan sonra böbreklerdeki hiperekojen durumun sürdüğü saptanmıştır.Sonuç: Genellikle asemptomatik bir hastalık olan nefrokalsinozisin erken tanısında böbrek ultrasonografisinin önemli yeri olduğu vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To present a rare case of pregnancy and nephrocalcinosis.Institution: Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Air Force Hospital Etimesgut/ ANKARA.Material and Method: During the investigation of the costovertebral tenderness in the first trimester of pregnancy in a 25 year ? old patient; ultrasonographical examination was performed and medullary nephrocalcinosis was detected.Results: Renal functions of the patient with hyperechogenic renal papillae and primer hyperparatiroidism were monitored during the pregnancy and the patient was delivered abdominally at 38. gestational week. The hyperechogenic appearance of the kidneys continued after the delivery. Conclusion: The importance of ultrasonographic examination in the diagnosis of this asymptomatic medullary nephrocalcinosis is emphasized.
