ÖZET
Amaç: Vaginal agenezi olgularında Vecchietti operasyonunun kozmetik ve fonksiyonel sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum AD, Ankara. Materyel ve Metod: Bir müllerian agenezi olgusunda neovajina oluşturmak için perineye traksiyon uygulanarak yapılan bir yöntem olan Vecchietti vajinoplasti uygulandı. Perine traksiyonu için akrilikten zeytin (olive) hazırlandı. Ayrıca, her tur çevriminde 1 cm traksiyon sağlayan traksiyon aleti imal ettirildi. Laparotomi ile karına girildi. Deşanla vesikouterin boşluktan geçilerek perineden çıkıldı ve zeytin perineye oturtuldu. Zeytinden geçirilen sütür ciltten çıkarıldı ve traksiyon aletine bağlandı. Her gün yarım tur çevrilerek perinede kavitasyon sağlandı. Sonuç: Vajinal agenezi olgularında neovajina oluşturmada kullanılan yöntemler esas olarak iki grupta toplanabilir: 1- Plastik operasyonlar 2- Perineye basınç veya traksiyon uygulanarak kavitasyon sağlanması. İkinci grup yöntemler arasında yer alan Vecchietti vajinoplasti bir müllerian agenezi vakasına uygulanmış ve oldukça başarılı fonksiyonel ve kozmetik sonuç elde edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Evaluation of the cosmetic and funtional results of Vecchietti vaginoplasty in a case with vaginal agenesis. Institution: Gazi University Medical Faculty Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Ankara. Material and Methods: In a case of mullerian agenesis, Vecchietti vaginoplasty was performed in order to form a neovagina by application of traction to perineum for traction of perineum, an olive was produced using acrilic material. Also, a traction device which provides 1 cm of traction for each turn was produced. Laparotomy was made and passing through the vesico-uterin space an instrument was drived out and the olive was placed on perineum. From this olive a suture material was passed and taken out of the abdomen skin and was tied to the traction device. Perineal cavitation was produced progressively by touring the device each day. Findings: Functional and cosmetic results of the neovagina which had been reproduced was quite satisfactory. Also, there wasn't any serious complication during the operation and follow-up. Results: Methods used in vaginal agenesis can be classfied in two groups: 1- Plastic surgical operations 2-Forming a cavity by application of pressure or traction to perineum. Vecchietti vaginoplasty which is placed in the latter group was applied in a case of mullerian agenesis and functional and cosmetic results were quite successful.
