ÖZET
Anadolu Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalında kolposkopik gözlem altında alınan biopsi sonuçlarına göre vulvar distrofi tanısı alan 22 olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Onsekiz olgu hiperplastik distrofi, 3 olgu lichen sclerozis ve 1 olgu mix distrofi tanısı aldı. Hiperplastik distrofi olgularından 4'ünde minimal atipi mevcuttu. Olguların %95.5'inde pruritis vulva şikayeti mevcuttu. Atipi içeren hiperplastik distrofi olgularının %50'si 30 yaşın altındaydı. Lichen sklerozisli olguların %66.7'si 50 yaş üzerindeydi. Olguların %50'si premenopozal dönemdeydi.

ABSTRACT
Twentytwo patients with vulvar dystrophia were evaluated retrospectively. Cases were diagnosed by biopsies taken under colposcopic examination. Eighteen patients had hyperplastic dystrophia, 3 patients had lichen sclerosis an done patient had mixed dystrophia. Four of the patients in hyperplastic dystrophia group had mild atypia. Vulvar pruritis was the major symptom observed in 95.5% of the cases. Fifty percent of the hyperplastic dystrophia cases with atypia were below the age of 30. Sixtysix point seven percent of lichen sclerosus cases were above 50 years of age. Half of the cases were premenopausal.
